This program entails 4 after school field trips, occurring each Tuesday (10/5 - 10/12 - 10/19 - 10/26) throughout the month of October. A high level description of the program details is available here (link missing as of now. Program description is available upon request via .pdf which I will email to you).
Participants will be picked up at school at 2pm and dropped off at home by 5pm (unless agreed upen otherwise in written form).
Please review and complete the liability waiver and media release form prior to the event.
